Join a Race

ELSC offers members an active summer fleet racing series on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from Memorial Day thru to Labor Day including regular fleet sailing as well as member holiday regattas. Awards for the season are given out at the annual awards night in October. An Optimist and Laser Junior Sailing program is also offered during the sailing season on Wednesday evenings including water safety, sailing basics, and on-water practice.

ELSC is proud to be the practice facility for the University of Notre Dame Sailing Team and is a member of the US Sailing organization.

All races will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of US Sailing, each Fleet’s rules, and each Fleet’s Club rules; except as any of these are altered by the ELSC Sailing Instructions.
